Shakespeare Events Wrap-up and Sponsorship

25 November 2019

It’s been a busy couple of months for the Shakespeare team, in and out of the office with many events.

From 200km bike rides to corporate sponsorships and an industry speaking engagement – we’ve certainly been getting out and about lately!

Maca Cancer 200 Ride For Research

A dedicated crew of Shakespeare’s finest committed to riding 200km over 2 days to raise funds for cancer research. After months of fundraising campaigns, early morning training sessions and lots of sore muscles, the team succeeded in their aim of not only completing the ride, but also raising in excess of $43,000! We are so proud!

Congratulations to team captain Stuart MacKinnon and his crew of deadly treadlies: Josh Parsons, Tony Da Silva, Aidan Rando, Adam Carter, Nicholas Pike, Nicholas Redbond and Peter Elkerbout.

Knightcorp speaking engagement

Shakespeare Director Stuart MacKinnon had the privilege recently of being a guest speaker at a Knightcorp client event.

The talk focused on strategies for business owners to minimise tax and protect personal and family assets.

Huge thanks to the Knightcorp team for inviting us!

AVAWA Veterinary Conference Sponsorship

For the second year running, Shakespeare has been part of the Australian Veterinary Association’s WA State Conference. We once again exhibited at the trade fair to advise veterinarians of potential ways to improve their business. The Shakespeare team loved meeting members of the veterinary community, and thanks goes out to the AVA for a great event.

Rottnest Swimrun

Shakespeare came on board as sponsors of this years Rottnest Swimrun. The event is in it’s third year and is going from strength to strength. This year, approximately 300 competitors swam and ran their way around the beautiful Rottnest Island, covering a total distance of 33 kms. Well done to all involved!
