Shakespeare was honoured to be the exclusive event partner in sponsoring Muscular Dystrophy WA’s Tall Tales event on 30 June.

MDWA held its first Tall Tales event with 6PR toastmaster Simon Beaumont leading the panel at Bells Function Centre. Alongside panel members Adam Voges, Chloe Piparo and Shaun Marsh, Simon entertained the crowd as they took a deep dive into the incredible cricket season that the WACA has just had.

Ambassador Ross Wallman also had a great chat with community member Adam Stewart about his son Dexter, who has just started playing Inclusion Cricket at school and loves it. A capacity crowd enjoyed a 3-course meal washed down with MyattsField wines and Gage Roads beers.

The event raised over $24,000 which provides support for life to the muscular dystrophy community in WA.

Muscular Dystrophy WA‘s mission is to ensure that anyone living with or supporting someone with a neuromuscular condition knows about them and is aware of the ongoing support that they provide to the community. They aim to improve the quality of life for people living with neuromuscular conditions in WA by providing practical help that extends beyond medicine and complements their other goal of funding relevant research.

Please don’t hesitate to contact Shakespeare Financial Group with any queries about sponsorship opportunities.
