This year it was the 11th Annual Pink Tiger Day, which has collectively raised an incredible $416,000 for the McGrath Foundation.
Thankfully it was a glorious sunny day which welcomed a record crowd of 400 guests at Curtin University’s South Oval. This event has become renowned as a highlight on the social calendar for players, sponsors, and supporters alike and continues to be the largest fundraiser for The McGrath Foundation by any community sporting club Australia-wide.
It was great for the crowd to watch the Curtin Wesley Tigers’ teams take to the field in their pink jumpers, while raising funds for The McGrath Foundation. A special highlight once again was the entry to the field of the legends in our integrated team to the roar of the massive crowd!
Delicious canapés, fine wines and live music throughout the day ensured a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere throughout the afternoon and evening.
Special guest Tracy Bevan, founder of The McGrath Foundation, made a trip over from Sydney to attend the event and be part of the day.
Shakespeare has a long and valued history with this event, and we were so very proud to once again be a supporting partner for Pink Tiger Day 2022.
